We like this Single Vineyard Cabernet for its dark, extracted color, it's saturated fruit appeal, juicy palate, and its structured and dry finish. With a lingering finish and saturated style, this people-pleasing Cabernet is somewhat reminiscent of a Paul Hobbs Cocodrilo Cabernet from Argentina minus the gamey notes. A great steak wine with balance, it is robust, black cherry fruit with decidely calcareous minerality adding depth to the secondary characteristics.
