Wine Refund Policy:
On older vintages, we make every effort to secure wines that are in top condition, and we do not accept questionable goods. For wines that are five years old or older, it is the industry standard and the policy of Nick's Wine Corner that such wines are purchased at the buyer's risk in case of a problem.
BY LAW, we are unable to accept returns on wine unless the product is corked or flawed. Please note: During summer months (June through September) or winter months (December-February) we can hold your wine until safe shipping temperatures are obtained. Nick's Wine Corner assumes no liability for wine damaged due to poor weather during transport. This can include leakage or corks pushing out of the neck as well as "frozen wine pops". So, be sure of shipping conditions before placing a ship order. If you choose a shipping option, WE WILL SHIP regardless of conditions in your area, so be careful. Please take advantage of our FREE SUMMER or WINTER STORAGE program if you are concerned about shipping. (Minimum 6 bottles).
Spoilage in transit is not covered, EVEN if you had elected 2 Day or Overnight shipping. Shipments are only covered for loss, theft, or breakage during shipping.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as your and our respective rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction with any wine purchased from us. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for such wine.
